You will be reporting to the Regional Partner and will be working closely with our Business Development Managers and Finance team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth relationships with some of our key vendors, continuity in relationships with stakeholders in these engagements and general administration/support in representing the Servian brand.

The role will involve:

  • Establishing functional relationships with key vendors.
  • When requested set and drive strategic priorities such as lifecycle management planning, profitability, cross-functional and marketing planning.
  • Formulate, execute and review strategic plans with Partners to drive maximum business and visibility.
  • Work closely with the sales team to position Servian within strategic opportunities.
  • Accurate administration of all new work, or work extensions including Salesforce updates.
  • Create compelling visions for how Servian can transform business segments, including synergies across provider, Data Analytics, BI. 
  • Facilitating the development and the generation of SOW’s for signoff by the BDM.
  • Developing an appreciation of the responsibilities of all the staff in the engagement(s) and ensuring all consultants have current profiles.
  • Procedurally monitoring the status of outstanding debtors and taking action to help keep the outstanding debt within contractual limits.
  • About you:

  • Relevant IT vendor management experience 3+ year exposure to Account Management roles
  • IT Sales or presales experience is highly regarded
  • Experience in managing accounts and relationship is highly desirable
  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative
  • Stellar public speaking skills
  • You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a keen interest in IT.
