Responsibilities: 

  • Generating leads of new potential customers (outbound) through direct search, by cold calling, email and social media like Linkedin
  • Pre-qualifying by calling inbound leads coming from social media campaigns & partnerships
  • Develop and nurture leads through sales processes
  • Analyze data to help improve sales processes and strategy
  • Work and coordinate with other teams, mainly Sales Executive and Growth Hackers, to achieve business goals

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or relevant further education (e.g. Business, Administration, Economics, etc.)
  • Looking for an entry-level position in sales
  • Excellent communication skills  - whether sales or small talk - you convince through and through
  • Positive & winning attitude, problem-solving skills, resilience: you turn problems into opportunities and you never give up
  • Italian at a mother-tongue level and very good English
  • Ability to work creatively and independently, excellent organisational skills, creative mindset and team player
