Responsibilities:
- Generating leads of new potential customers (outbound) through direct search, by cold calling, email and social media like Linkedin
- Pre-qualifying by calling inbound leads coming from social media campaigns & partnerships
- Develop and nurture leads through sales processes
- Analyze data to help improve sales processes and strategy
- Work and coordinate with other teams, mainly Sales Executive and Growth Hackers, to achieve business goals
Job Requirements:
- University degree or relevant further education (e.g. Business, Administration, Economics, etc.)
- Looking for an entry-level position in sales
- Excellent communication skills - whether sales or small talk - you convince through and through
- Positive & winning attitude, problem-solving skills, resilience: you turn problems into opportunities and you never give up
- Italian at a mother-tongue level and very good English
- Ability to work creatively and independently, excellent organisational skills, creative mindset and team player
