We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the AV team at Snowflake. This role will
report into the Sr. Manager of Audio Visual and join a growing team within the IT Operations
organization.

Responsibilities/Duties
● Maintain and manage all conference rooms- focusing mainly on preventative
maintenance.
● Manage the AV ticket queue
● AV troubleshooting of all integrations.
● On site support of remote new builds and room refreshes and act as the liaison between
Snowflake and outside integrators
● Plan and execute live events- including company all hands.
● Collaborate with the global IT support for remote AV assistance
● Help run and support our Customer Experience Center
● Build Knowledge based Articles on common issues within the AV space.
● Evaluate new technology with strategic partners for standards implementation.
● Analyze day to day operations for potential automation processes.
● Executive meeting Support
● Up to 30% travel required for this job.
Qualifications/Experience
● Deep understanding of Zoom support and Zoom Rooms.
● Experience running live events, with the ability to run video, audio.
● Intermediate knowledge of audio and video components, signal types, cables
● Understanding of Extron, Biamp, QSC, JBL, Shure, Poly, Logitech
● Experienced with network Dante Audio
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Knowledge of GSuite and ServiceNow.
● Experience supporting C level executives
