We are looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst professional with a balance of technical and business acumen to partner with our Support team and guide the conceptualization, design, and delivery of innovative, game-changing technology solutions for Snowflake.  You will be aligned to our Support pillar, and be in the driver seat for executing and enabling roadmap priorities across major initiatives, run the business and keep the lights on work.  We expect you to provide a consultative approach and to form a deep partnership with the business in order  to: 1) Understand the impact of assigned projects to the overall business strategy. 2) Recommend holistic solutions that include process improvements, technology solutions & incorporation of best practices. 3) Represent the voice of the business to the solution & experience, as well as engineering & platform teams to develop user-friendly, scalable solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

  • Drive requirement’s discovery and own BRD and story authoring. - Understand user expectations and develop functional requirements, solution proposal presentations, feature demonstrations, and raise clarifications with stakeholders. 
  • Take initiatives through the solution & architecture review process for all assigned work items. 
  • Ensure the delivery team has the appropriate level of business context they need to execute on the technical requirements for their assigned work items. 
  • Liaison between the delivery team and the business if any questions or blockers arise during development and to clarify requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in Prioritization, Grooming and Ownership of backlog with business stakeholders.
  • Participate in IT testing and support business during UAT and business readiness (change management, communications, training, support.) 
  • Own testing strategy and drive overall status for non-PMO lead projects.  
  • Drive solution design, architecture, and implementation of projects across Salesforce, and other Support GTM tools to enhance and support key business and technical processes, often including complex project delivery with third-party system integration and other custom tools.
  • Review and assess current implementation and build a futuristic product roadmap as well as technical debt backlog.
  • Set priority for Major roadmap items as well as enhancement as per the agreed vision.
  • Provide thought-leadership to business partners by recommending innovative features, products, and technologies that should be introduced into the product roadmap which align to business vision and goals

WHO YOU ARE :

  • 5+ years progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst with demonstrated increased responsibility and ownership.
  • 4+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience with consultation, design, and documentation of enterprise scale solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud domains along with Support principles and processes including Support & Technical Operations.
  • Conceptual and practical knowledge of SDLC and Agile Frameworks.
  • Experience in analyzing the enterprise technical requirements and environments, frameworks and documentation.
  • Experience analyzing the impacts to other applications, systems and integrations between all tools in the GTM ecosystem
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
    • Capability to work with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.
    • Experience working with cross-regional/global and cross-functional teams.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS :

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant
  • Previous roles in a consulting or high growth, tech environment
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Requires 6+ years relevant experience.
