We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will focus on our paid search programs to drive qualified leads and registrations for our sales and demand generation teams. You will create and optimize paid search campaigns, and will passionately seek to test, and improve wherever possible. 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns on the full downstream impact in terms of pipeline and revenue generated. 
  • Create and implement keyword campaigns with ad extensions using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Editor to drive leads and registrations. 
  • Conduct research for keyword expansions as well as removing irrelevant and underperforming keywords based on performance. 
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and provide regular updates on performance trends, pacing, and forecasts with actionable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze campaigns, ad copy and keywords performance and work with the team to develop smart segmentation plans and a/b tests to improve performance.
  • Monitor paid search industry trends and emerging practices to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns based on International team feedback, new products, features, and events.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting & analysis for management. 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE/BE :

  • 1-3 year(s) hands-on search engine marketing experience across Google and Bing including keyword research, campaign build, implementation, optimization, and budget management. 
  • Experience working with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Editor. 
  • Excel and Google Sheets experience required- able to create vlookups and pivot tables. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with the team and write effective ad copy for landing pages.
  • A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.      

This role will be based in New York, NY.  This is not a remote position.
