Snowflake is looking for a Field Marketing Manager for our Brazil market, based in Sao Paulo. 

As a Field Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving demand through field programs to meet or exceed revenue goals for the region’s sales teams. 

You will drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build a customer relationship. 

This position supports 3 sales teams in a fast-paced sales environment. You will collaborate closely with Snowflake’s sales, sales development, and campaign marketing teams to execute. This field-based position requires some experience across verticals, as well as executing events.  

In addition, you must successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and explore. 

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Support sales goals through field and industry events 
  • Research, plan and maintain the Snowflake online calendar of events including 3rd party industry conferences, Snowflake-driven physical and virtual event series, and hospitality field events 
  • End to end management of logistics and execution for all planned events; help shape event themes, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment/inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing 
  • Collaborate with the alliances organization on Snowflake’s strategic sponsorships at partner events
  • Maintain direct alignment with sales leaders and sales teams in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
  • Manage and maintain field marketing budget
  • Identify the most effective marketing materials and messaging for localization and channels. 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns within budget 
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget 
  • Develop creative campaigns and approaches to solve challenges. 
  • Working with Alliance partners to implement joint partner campaigns
  • Maintain email/slack responsivity rate within a 24-hour time period
  • Set goals and define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow
  • Manage internal field and events communication between sales and marketing
  • Support strategic industry events through logistics planning
  • Represent Snowflake to counterparts at partners, vendors, and outside vendors
  • Tracking program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS 
  • Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Wordpress 
  • Proficiency with office productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience building and delivering field marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
  • Embodies strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate the needs of sales
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
  • Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support in-person events
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil without restriction
  • Able to work independently and dedicate a minimum of 40 hours/week
  • Willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your employment and criminal history
