Snowflake is seeking a versatile and results-driven Revenue System Manager to join us at our office in Dublin, CA.  This role will be primarily driving revenue projects from end-to-end, and provide scalable solution to business partners. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a critical thinker with attention to detail and strategic approach to solving problems and is able to thrive in a dynamic environment. 

AS A REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER, YOU WILL :

  • Lead all aspects of assigned revenue projects and prepare detailed analysis, plans, achievements, results and overall status updates 
  • Collaborate across the business partners, including Alliance, Order-To-Cash, FP&A, and IT to gather the requirements of revenue team, and resources needs to succeed from project scoping to project completion 
  • Manage program risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet the timelines and goals
  • Identify and recommend creative ideas to improve business operations, business engagement and project deliver
  • Lead special projects or initiatives as needed  Support revenue team at month-end close 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5-10+ years of revenue accounting and related experience under US GAAP  
  • In depth knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash process and business process improvement experience 
  • Detailed knowledge of ASC 606 and related revenue pronouncements 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, and working experience with Salesforce, revenue applications (e.g., RevPro, and Workday), and Tableau 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • Ability to liaison between Revenue and business partners to coordinate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
