As the Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving pipeline generation through enterprise, executive engagement and ABM initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals for Korea. You will develop and drive targeted enterprise marketing programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Snowflake Korea leadership team to plan and execute. 

In addition, you are expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly-organized, self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore. 

AS THE SENIOR ENTERPRISE MARKETING MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL:

  • Identify Korea enterprise market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Develop & implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABM, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives 
  • Identify the most effective enterprise marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts
  • Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies
  • Own & drive executions within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management
  • Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment

OUR IDEAL SENIOR ENTERPRISE MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • 10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field experience
  • Ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 campaigns
  • Experience building and delivering of enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activity
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
  • Project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details driven
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitude
  • Fluent in Korean and English
