Our Finance team is looking to add a Senior Manager, Sales Finance to focus on top line metrics and strategic planning. You will play a critical role as our Finance Business Partner helping to support the Sales Organization. We want you to be a self-starter, someone who can be a sponge, yet provide solutions and can communicate at all levels. Additionally, what will make you successful is being detail-oriented, analytically driven and having a passion for details.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide analyses, and data-driven insights on key sales drivers, progress to plan, results, and recommendations needed to meet business goals 
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Data Science and Business Intelligence 
  • Identify areas of automation or process enhancements, develop the change management plan and drive through execution 
  • Lead forecasting and end of quarter bookings and revenue processes, ensuring accurate forecasts and reporting 
  • Expand visibility of the Finance models to drive increased forecast accuracy throughout the business 
  • Be a trusted finance business partner and have the skillset to build a strong partnership with the Sales organization 

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in a FP&A, Sales Strategy or Operations role 
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills with ability to build reports and dashboards 
  • Experience managing a team and developing people 
  • Prior experience supporting Sales is a strong plus
  • Experience with cloud-based or software as a service (SAAS) companies is a plus
  • Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake experience is a plus
