We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Web Marketer to drive web strategy and the brand experience of Snowflake.com. The perfect candidate is a natural collaborator and is skilled in working with global business stakeholders. As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing templates that satisfy needs across product and solutions teams, demand and regional teams to align and govern the site on an ongoing basis. You will be instrumental in helping to measure, evaluate and analyze site performance and implement plans to optimize SEO, A/B testing etc. 

 As a Web Experience Senior Manager, you understand the power of digital marketing and have a B2B background in developing a user experience and journey that can reach both business and technical audiences for prospects and customers. You like to tackle big, ambitious projects and flourish in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your web marketing acumen will help deliver a journey that moves users through a personalized content journey across the web creating awareness and driving engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Maintain and evolve a world class public facing web presence as the first brand touch point while balancing customer and business needs.  
  • Establish site strategy and governance while optimizing user experience and engagement to deliver an iterative data-driven web experience.
  • Build experience roadmap, influence planning cycles and drive web process and project prioritization.
  • Assess performance metrics and apply them to strategy and planning.
  • Partner with marketing operations in the migration of Snowflake.com to AEM working across platform vendors, creative agencies, business, and technical teams.
  • Own and drive timelines, weekly meetings, status tracker of various work streams and communications. 
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and extended team members to keep work tracking.
  • Prioritize and coordinate with key SMEs to ensure meeting deadlines and consolidating/aligning feedback to implement.
  • Oversee business and technical requirements for liaising with platform and IT teams.
  • Over time, build a team to scale in line with the growth of the business to include web programs and UX and UI Design. 

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE :

  • 10+ years of Web marketing experience preferably in B2B technology. 
  • Experience working in faced-paced start-up environments and high growth companies. A self-starter with an established track record in creating world-class web experiences. 
  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of accuracy, technical acumen, creativity, and follow-through. 
  • Solid understanding of both technical and business users and how to present content to them via a meaningful web experience and journey. 
  • Strong project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams, as well as outside agencies while juggling multiple inputs from key stakeholders against tight timelines.
  • Aptitude for analytics to guide decisions and recommendations for web strategy and roadmap - use data and research to evaluate impact and push for continuous improvement. Knowledge of A/B testing and passionate about continuous web optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and site metrics/dashboards to continually improve and optimize. 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with complex technical implementations, content updates and migrations as well as brand redesign and refresh.
  • Strong understanding of UX & UI to drive a best-in-class web experience for users coming to the site. Experience working with content and operations teams to implement. 
  • Understands the importance of a thoughtful Design System and has experience in building and maintaining for ease of implementation.
  • Exceptional communicator who can both influence and listen to find common ground.
  • Ability to define, develop, and implement strategy frameworks, toolkits and guidelines, with the aim of developing world-class web experiences at scale.
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves and diving into the work.
  • Experienced in building teams and processes to elevate and manage growing site requirements over time. 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION :

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Adobe AEM. 
  • Proficient in Google Workspace apps: Slides, Docs, Sheets. 
  • Experience with Wrike and JIRA a plus
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or similar discipline.
  • Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
