As a Services Delivery Manager for EMEA, you work with our Sales and presales teams to position, sell and deliver Snowflake Services and Training. You are engaged with our Snowflake customers and across the customer organizations and multiple Snowflake teams to ensure customers’ applications are well designed and scale to the needs of their business.

Success for an SDM is seen in your ability to become the client’s and the Snowflake sales team's trusted advisor; being able to develop customized service strategies, deliver light-touch project management or delivery guidance, and manage communications between a variety of parties. 

AS A SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: 

  • Be responsible for co-selling and driving the uptake of Services & Training for your assigned accounts  
  • Own the operational relationship with assigned clients
  • Collaborate together with clients, account teams and solution experts to build out engagements and develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements
  • Manage key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and project goals and objectives
  • Develop strategic plans and initiatives with clients to support them achieving their business goals
  • Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up
  • Manage client and project documentation, communications, meetings and required meeting follow-ups
  • Track metrics around infrastructure performance and service requests
  • Create, implement and track relationship roadmaps
  • Help create and execute on the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction

A SERVICES DELIVERY MANAGER SHOULD HAVE: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (i.e. Project or program management) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects
  • Experience in selling consulting or SaaS Professional Services and / or Training
  • Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bonus: additionally fluent in French, Spanish or Italian 
  • Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field
