As an SMB, Account Executive, you will work with existing Snowflake customers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor. Within assigned accounts you will look to identify, create and promote compelling insights that will accelerate customer business goals and drive Snowflake adoption leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Partner across multiple Snowflake business groups in effort to ensure customers are optimizing Snowflake products to receive the highest return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal subject matter authorities to translate customer business/technical challenges into business solutions based on Snowflake’s products and solutions.
  • Responsible for driving the customer success strategic plan for each assigned account.
  • Continually delight customers with a positive, customer first approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES       

  • Meet or exceed Individual/Team Sales Quotas and Metrics – Quarterly/Annually
  • Lead Business Review Calls to assess customer experience, current usage of product, and growth opportunities
  • Build and document renewal quotes, process orders, and compile history in company CRM software
  • Adhere to Snowflake’s policies and procedures accurately
  • Continuously assess risk in an account and proactively engage with customers who are at risk of leaving
  • Review lost business and develop plan to action of win back customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Forecast business quarterly with a high degree of accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Support our team culture by working in the office 2-3 days a week. This means you'll have to live within commuting distance of the office you'll be working in.

  • Excellent time management, presentation, written and oral skills
  • Experience in Information Technology (IT), IT services and products preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a full cycle SaaS sales role and a track record of achieving targets in a lead-generation role
