AS AN SENIOR ENTERPRISE ENGAGEMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Report to a Practice Director on the Americas Enterprise team, aligned to a specific region
  • Own, manage and be accountable for Services Delivery success for the assigned accounts and projects within the region, focused on a quarterly utilization target and measured on consumption progress/meeting consumption targets at your accounts as part of the broader account team
  • Act as the Professional Services delivery point of contact for your accounts, through the following:
    • Lead Services delivery for assigned engagements - from project initiation through project close out - ensuring adherence to project delivery best practices and standards
    • Deliver services engagements to support key customer business outcomes
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction as reflected in customer survey scores
    • Drive alignment with executive sponsors and/or customer stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other delivery partners (SIs, GSIs, other PS orgs, etc) in support of project delivery
    • Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer and project team 
    • Own project outcomes and manage project financials (budget status, revenue forecasting and expense management)
    • Provide specific services activities for the role/engagement (Business Value roadmap, Business value assessment, strategic roadmap, Data Cloud Assessment, etc)
    • Identify follow-up services opportunities and partner with Services Practice Manager for additional services
  • Own and contribute to internal process improvements and collaborate across the teams and the broader Professional Services (PS) organization to improve PS KPI achievement, including:
    • The accurate resourcing and revenue forecasting for projects you deliver. Support efficient resource assignment and utilization across projects through effective collaboration with resource managers, other Engagement Managers, and delivery teams
    • The improvement of services offerings and scoping in partnership with Services Sales Managers by ensuring lessons learned through delivery experiences feed into continuous improvement initiatives

OUR IDEAL SENIOR ENTERPRISE ENGAGEMENT MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • 12+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects and resourcing and revenue forecasting
  • Direct experience in a Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field
  • Proven track record of meeting utilization and consumption (or similar) targets
  • Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business development
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent)
