What do we want, you might ask? 

We want you! You are highly passionate about cracking the toughest challenges in tech. At Symphony Digital, Scrum Master is an expert on agility and Scrum and is a champion of process improvement. Scrum Master is accountable for helping teams apply Scrum, to work and train the team on the agile process, velocity, quality, impediment removal, etc.

You will have a chance to work with one of the best people there are on some of the most challenging projects there are. How else would we develop such great solutions in various fields such as augmented reality, biotechnology, machine learning, and much more?

Key position requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum terms, language, and processes in IT;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an engineer or team leader in an agile environment (preferable Scrum) or minimum one-year experience as a dedicated Scrum Master;
• Working in any kind of scaled agile framework (e.g., Less, Safe, Nexus) or being a Scrum Master for multiple teams is a great advantage;
• Relevant education in IT/Business Management; 
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
• A technical background is a plus;
• Experience with Jira and other similar tools is an advantage.

Your roles and responsibilities as a Scrum Master would include:

• Delivering hands-on coaching to our teams in all aspects of Scrum and agility;
• Guiding, coaching, teaching, and assisting team(s) in Scrum/Agile principles and driving process improvement;
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with teams and client supporting agile product development;
• Facilitating daily Scrum/stand-up, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review,
• Organizing sprint retrospectives with the team;
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction;
• Identifying and monitoring KPIs.
