Our community in Skopje is on the lookout for great UX/UI Designers.

Symphony Digital is a technology house headquartered in San Francisco with hubs in Sarajevo, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Skopje, Amsterdam, and Berlin. Job description

  • Delivering end-to-end designs to solve known client’s problems by using project requirements
  • Translating requirements into design solutions through wireframes, user flows, UX design patterns and attractive user interfaces
  • Creating a visualization of web and mobile application interfaces, within a prototype framework, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for users
  • Iterating on user requirements and job stories in collaboration with product managers and engineers to support client’s goals 
  • Supporting and following project roadmap 
  • Promoting high aesthetic standards in design execution through visual hierarchy, typography, layout, responsiveness as well as interaction and UI design.
  • Collaborating on complex problems in interdisciplinary agile teams, together with other designers, software developers and product managers 
  • Owning presentations and discussions of concepts and designs with colleagues and clients


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of related projects
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc.
  • Experience with creating coherent design systems and component libraries
  • Excellent communication skills, clearly articulating ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders but can work independently too.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
