Teads is seeking a Creative Strategist to roll out our video advertising creative and analytics platforms to major clients in Switzerland, Austria and the Nordics, as well as advise these clients on best practices to achieve their business objectives. Your primary focus will be supporting our media sales team and building direct relationships with our clients' creative agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering creative solutions to client briefs from clients directly and agency
  • Representing the business (Teads) and product suite (Teads Studio) effectively in the market
  • Advising on best practices and creative execution in order to meet our clients’ business objectives across their Teads activity
  • Working alongside our media sales team to prospect and close business across all agency and advertiser accounts
  • Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and their creative agencies
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
  • Representing Teads in the online marketplace and becoming an active Brand Advocate
  • Working closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning and our Strategic Accounts Team, to ensure client campaign objectives are communicated internally and that our media plan and creative execution reflect those objectives
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue

Requirements

  • Speaking German and/or French, in addition to English
  • Successful sales pedigree, preferably creative selling in a mobile, video environment 
  • Knowledge of the video and display market and supporting technologies 
  • Proven ability to multi-task and nurture multiple prospects and commercial partners whilst meeting deadlines
  • Possess existing relationships within the creative industry (agencies)
  • A natural presenter with an ability to engage audiences at all levels
  • Some technical knowledge of Video standards and performance metrics 
  • Consultative approach with a flair for designing creative solutions
