Customer Experience Manager - Performance

The context

As a Customer Experience Manager for Performance, you’ll be part of the CX team and responsible for providing technical consultation to Advertisers, onboarding them to Teads Ads Manager, and helping them to achieve their business goals through tech. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with the partner Sales teams to monitor our products' performance for customers, develop tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities that scale and grow the business.

You have a very solid performance background and will be able to add value to each campaign, also helping the CX team understanding and optimizing performance campaigns.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Help developing strategies towards positive outcomes in performance advertising
  • Overseeing all performance campaigns, recommending changes in spend or budget allocation, troubleshooting issues as they arise together with the AM
  • Identifying growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to ensure client’s goals are met while executing daily campaign management tactics
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign performance.
  • Detailed campaign analysis to ensure advertisers are meeting their performance KPIs and that revenue opportunities are being maximized.
  • Providing excellent customer service for partners, agencies, and internal business teams.
  • Presentation of performance reports and post-campaign analysis (weekly or monthly)
  • Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure 100% delivery.
  • Testing new ad product and providing clear feedback to our creative development team.
  • Support sales for any problems with the delivery and performance of the campaigns.
  • Participating in Daily/Weekly/Monthly management meetings highlighting campaign performance and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience managing internal/external stakeholders in a customer-support environment.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with web applications/tools such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, OpenSSL, TCP/IP.
  • Data analysis and excellent data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in mobile, customer acquisition, retention, and full- funnel strategy initiatives.
  • At least two years of marketer / agency / consultative services experience in SEM preferred.
  • Knowledge of primary buying platforms and formats (Google Ads, DV 360, Yahoo! / Bing, PLAs, Marketplaces, XML, CSV).
  • You are extremely organized, detail-oriented and autonomous.
  • You have business sense and good relationship skills.
  • Account Management/Client Services experience is a must.
  • Experience in optimizing campaigns within a publisher environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the online Advertising ecosystem, keeping up to date with industry trends and new ad tech
  • An avid problem solver, pro-active and a creative thinker
  • Data driven and advanced in Excel
  • Experience using Jira or other workflow tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • English is a must.
