Teads is looking for a (Senior) Digital Performance Advertising Manager to promote the sale of performance advertising products and offerings and support the growth and adoption of Teads self-serve buying interface, Teads Ad Manager. The position is based in Warsaw, Bucharest or Prague.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Performance and Head of Business Development to develop and implement new strategies (commercial and product focused) in order to drive growth across the Central and Eastern Europe region. 
  • Become proficient in the entire Teads product suite and lead new initiatives across the region based on the strategic priorities and growth opportunities. 
  • Provide support to the local commercial teams in collaboration with the account management team on performance campaign set-up & optimization including but not limited to: pixel integration, prices, pacing & delivery, campaign analysis.
  • Run strategic business and product analysis in order to identify new opportunities, improve business processes, customize global initiatives to local market needs and specificities
  • Support the regional rollout of new performance advertising product releases and Teads Ad Manager platform. Coordinate the local implementation of new product launches, prepare sales materials, run internal and external training. Monitor the adoption of new features and run product deepdives 

Experience / Background

  • Deep knowledge of Digital Advertising, Programmatic and Performance Advertising
  • Prior digital media experience within Performance advertising and a strong technical understanding of the Digital Advertising landscape
  • Excellent communication, analytical, presentation and project management skills, high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Is adept at navigating various digital platforms and processes (e.g., Teads campaign management platform, Salesforce, BI analytical tools etc.)
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • Creative thinker and always looking for new ways to achieve aims
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • BA/BS required
