Teads is seeking an Enterprise Lead (SEA) based in Singapore, to join our growing TAM team. This individual will be responsible for leading TAM Commercial & Product Strategy across the SEA Region.

What You Will Do

  • Be the Commercial SEA lead for Teads Ad Manager (TAM)
  • Develop a deep product understanding of all self serve products on TAM
  • Evangelize TAM and ensure self serve usage & growth
  • Collaborate with the core sales team to unlock new business at Brand Directs, Agency Holding Companies and Independent agencies
  • Communicate the value of TAM by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
  • Work cross functionally with Teads account management and sales team post sale to guide successful customer platform on-boarding and platform growth
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers at current and prospective clients
  • Commercialize new self serve products as they are rolled out on Teads Ad Manager
  • Work with clients to aggregate platform needs and product feedback
  • Work with the product team to share customer insights in order to help shape TAM

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • Extensive experience selling advertising software where the sales cycle can be long and complex with many stakeholders to influence
  • Strong programmatic experience
  • Extensive experience working with customers on software onboarding
  • History of longstanding, consultative client relationships
  • Strong background working with Agency Holding Companies, Brands, and Independent agencies
  • Collaborate well across multiple teams
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability
  • Self-starter & quick learner
  • Able to travel
