This is a Full Time Position. As a HR Operations Intern for TEADS you will be able to participate with the HR Team with administrative needs for the company with a significant emphasis on learning about payroll and benefits, HR support, and HR operations. This individual will be a key support for the HR Operations Lead. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support of operational activities across data, processes and HR systems for LATAM countries.
  • Participate in the development of strategy for operational excellence related to onboarding, offboarding, compensation and compliance. This includes HRIS system maintenance and employee record filing.
  • Help on  the operation process documentation and improvements; understand organizational needs and create policies and workflows that are efficient, scalable, and reflect the company’s culture.
  • Acts as the customer advocate for HR by representing the services in a positive manner and providing excellent customer service. 
  • Continuously drive improvements and automation to improve our employee experience and enable rapid scaling.
  • Learn about LATAM employment laws to ensure alignment with Company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all local federal  and safety laws.
  • Develop Reporting and/or dashboards that deliver meaningful information to help us identify trends efficiently and effectively, spot problems early, and measure key people organizational metrics. (It is good if you are comfortable taking the data from the system and arranging it in Excel through VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
  • Focus on improvement of the employee user experience and driving a self-service model, by develop and communicate job aids, end-user operating guides, and business processes

 

  • Build HR compliance discipline, lead data integrity auditing and serve as a critical HR team member for all thing’s compliance-related, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist with employee investigations and company audits.
  • Support the overall employee lifecycle transactions such as:
  • Onboarding:
  • Process new hires in Bamboo
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process
  • ensure all new hires are properly enrolled at all the applicable Benefits.
  • Create, update, and maintain personnel files, ensuring appropriate documentation and electronic file maintenance.
  • Update employees records at Bamboo with each movement, promotion, transfer, etc.

  • Offboarding

  • Manage and administer payroll and benefits for the region.

 

Qualifications:

  • Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related degree (Graduate desirable) 
  • Business fluent in English is a must
  • Passionate, energic Energized, strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Results oriented and proactive.
  • Detail and process oriented.
