Teads is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who will work in close with the Global Head of Learning and Development. This person will be the main point of contact for our global L&D tools. This will include training, adoption, and best practices for various L&D projects. This role will be instrumental in understanding and evaluating our existing solutions, identifying future L&D opportunities, and prioritising training solutions to maximise adoption.

The primary responsibility of the L&D Coordinator is to support the L&D strategy and initiatives across Teads.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Designing, developing and overseeing the course creation within our new Learn at Teads Platform
  • Visualise the training offering and create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, presentations, participant and trainers' guides, etc)
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any L&D training tools related queries, liaising with the rest of the HR team as required
  • Plan instructional design projects and conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
  • Manage, target and maintain learning offerings and records through a new LMS
  • Supporting the team with L&D evaluation process by pulling off relevant reports
  • Helping to establish and track metrics for e-learning content
  • L&D programs analysis, development, and quality assurance
  • Develop elearning courses using various format
  • Having full oversight and responsibility for maintaining our L&D systems/database
  • Conducting requirements assessments and content audits of existing training content to identify and address any gaps
  • Collate outputs from workshops or team events
  • Coordinating and liaising with external training suppliers as required
  • Produce module maps and storyboards that will instil confidence in the audience and provide enough detail for the development team to fulfil with a minimum of iterations
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps for multiple L&D projects simultaneously, identifying priorities and meeting key deadlines
  • Remain up to date with current e-learning trends, technologies, instructional design and continuously look for opportunity to innovate and try new ways of doing things 
  • Help identify Learning Needs for the new training and shape solutions
  • Build internal tools to support new deployment of global programs
  • Support in building a streamline approach to the communication style for the L&D team and beyond (by creating newsletter templates, one pager documents etc)
  • Support the Global Head of L&D and ad-hoc Global HR projects in various other capacities as assigned 

Qualification - Desired profile

We’d love to meet someone with…

  • Experience in creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent IT skills (including MS Office)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team working skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience and or working towards a relevant degree
  • A good working knowledge of English is needed
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Hangouts, Sheets etc.) and MacBooks
  • Good understanding of HTML, H5p (HTML5) in the context of learning technologies
  • Proficiency with industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate Suite/Storyline)

Education:  

  • Human Resources, IT or relevant
  • Excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced media environment
