Teads is looking for a Learning and Development Assistant who will work in close with the Global Head of Learning and Development. This person will be the main point of contact for our global L&D initiatives. This will include training, adoption, and best practices for the new L&D Platform. This role will be instrumental in supporting the scalability of the L&D function and initiatives globally including prioritizing training solutions to maximize adoption. 
As our Learning and Development intern, you will play a key part in the success of our people. The primary responsibility of the L&D Intern is to support the L&D strategy and initiatives across Teads.
 
What you’ll be doing…
  • Designing, developing and creating new eLearns where needed
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any L&D training related queries, liaising with the rest of the HR team as required
  • Manage, target and maintain learning offerings and records through a new LMS
  • Organise and store training assets diligently
  • Having full oversight and  responsibility for maintaining our L&D system/database
  • Managing the Training Calendar, including scheduling of workshops, administration of invites and sending out pre and post course material
  • Attend L&D meetings and trainings
  • Supporting the team with L&D evaluation process by pulling off relevant reports
  • Collating outputs from any workshops or team events
  • Coordinating and liaising with external training suppliers as required
  • Prepare communications and presentations for training courses/content
  • Designing communication plans for L&D projects (basic level)
  • Produce L&D materials that aligns with L&D branding creating a consistent look and feel
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and consistency in both global and local training projects and priorities
  • Utilizing internal tools to report, analyze and distill actionable insights from L&D data and metrics that help inform Head of L&D 
  • Remain up to date with current e-learning trends and technologies 
  • Support the Global Head of L&D and ad-hoc HR projects in various other capacities as assigned 
Qualification - Desired profile
We’d love to meet someone with…
  • Experience in creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent IT skills (including MS Office and Google Suite)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team working skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience and or working towards a relevant degree
  • A good working knowledge of English is needed
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Hangouts, Sheets etc.) and MacBooks
Education:  
  • Human Resources, IT or relevant
  • Excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced media environment
