Teads is seeking a motivated Performance Account Executive to join the growing team in New York City.  As a Performance Account Executive for Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of industry-leading traffic acquisition and full-funnel product and offering. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Prospecting and closing business with a targeted list and cold sourcing of agency and advertiser accounts
  • Selling in Managed Service, Self-Serve, and Programmatic (3rd Party DSP) campaigns 
  • Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  • Collaborating closely with teams on sales opportunities within our existing client base
  • Representing Teads in the online marketplace and becoming an active Brand Advocate
  • Working closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
  • Expertly identifying client challenges with intelligent discovery questioning and prescriptive solution selling
  • Presenting QBRs / Analyzing campaign performance, issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Setting clear, honest, and realistic expectations with clients on the expected outcomes for each new campaign
  • Collaborating with the Account Management & Ad Ops teams to manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management and create up-sell opportunities
  • Liaise with Product and Innovation on market feedback to enhance the Teads Performance offering

Experience/Background 

  • 4-5 years of performance advertising sales experience
  • Expert knowledge in Performance Advertising strategy, operations, optimization, troubleshooting
  • General understanding of attribution and analytics tools
  • Network and contact list within performance marketing teams at agencies and brands direct in NY and the East Coast preferred
  • Strong new business and new product sales skills
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate for evangelizing, teaching, learning, collaborating, and winning as a team
  • Creative thinker and always looking for new ways to achieve aims
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities and ability to thrive without supervision
