Teads is seeking a motivated Performance Sales Manager to join our growing team in France. As a Performance Sales Manager, your role will be to promote the sale of our performance product and offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell multiple products mainly on CPC billing model optimized for performance to big six group agencies, independent agencies and direct advertisers
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the business. Achieve sales targets
  • Work with Director of Platform & Performance to develop and implement commercial strategies, customize global initiatives to local market needs and specificities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive growth on performance products within the existing client base, whilst also identifying new opportunities to go after
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management and create upsell opportunities
  • Act as a ‘Teads consultant’ for performance. Advising externally and internally on strategy and best practices

Experience / Background

  • Previous experience in digital advertising
  • Deep knowledge of Performance Advertising (CPC, CPL or CPA)
  • Strong new business and new product sales skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • Client facing experience, including consulting approach
