Teads is looking for a Publisher Account Manager to join our publishing team in NYC! This is an amazing opportunity to join a unique and industry-leading advertising technology platform in the programmatic advertising space.

As a Publisher Account Manager on our team, you’ll work closely with both our business development team and directly with Tier 1 publisher partners. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners as well as managing and maintaining strong relationships within our large, dynamic book of existing publishers. We are looking for someone who has strong client-facing experience, but also has some experience and interest in back-end technical integrations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment and on-boarding of new clients
  • Maintain, develop, and grow existing publisher partner relationships
  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with publisher partners
  • Build solid customer relationships and serve as point person for technical inquiries
  • Train clients on the platform, encourage the adoption of new features, and provide feedback internally on client needs

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • A great passion for and understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • A desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever changing company
  • Detail oriented, organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidence in presenting to clients with the ability to convey technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients, internal teams and non-technical partners to understand
  • Experience with web standards (HTML, JS / JSON,  etc.) and enterprise ad technology tools (i.e. Google Ad Manager) recommended
  • Experience analyzing and drawing recommendations from large datasets using analytics software including Excel
  • BA / BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Digital Marketing preferred

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of working experience in a technical account manager role within the digital advertising area (Publisher, Agency, Trading Desk, DSP, ad-networks, etc.)
  • High proficiency with JavaScript, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, header bidding, etc.)
  • Start date: Immediately
