Publisher Operations Specialist

The Publisher Operations Specialist will work in our Milan office to help support publisher integrations. This role will be responsible for qualifying, integrating, and maintaining accounts for the largest media companies. The Technical Account Manager works within the Publisher team and interacts with the Technical Solutions team.

 Your missions will be to:

  • Build customized ad tags for media companies
  • Manage and troubleshoot publisher integrations
  • Maintain a deep level of understanding of the Teads products from a technical perspective and present, explain and train teams about new features
  • Assist publishers in the integration and adoption of features
  • Define issues and troubleshooting problems and effectively communicate with Technical Solutions team
  • Provide assistance with improving reporting systems and data analyses for the local team

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent business English (C1) and fluent/native Italian
  • Interested in the online advertising
  • Skilled in development and experienced in front-end web technologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral, and a great team spirit
  • You have covered statistics (i.e. statistical analysis, regression analysis...) 

Bonus points:

  • Experience in online advertising and ad serving technology is a big plus
  • Google AMP and Facebook Instant Articles experience would be a plus
