Teads is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our growing Midwest team! The ideal applicant will have Office Manager experience and will have demonstrable experience of running an office whilst providing support to a Sales team. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is proactive and happy to jump in wherever needed. In this multi-tasking role, you will have the opportunity to set up the functionalities of the office, and take real ownership of facilities, events, and project support.

Responsibilities prior to return to office include:

  • Be the go-to for needs from 5-7 salespeople in the Midwest region to help clear a path for revenue generation by taking ownership of administrative tasks
  • Book all training meetings for staff and track staff participation for badges 
  • Onboarding - Be a liaison with HR and IT to ensure new employees have everything they need
  • Marketing Support - Administrative functions for webinars, client list management (every event has a different approach to be gathered from sellers)
  • Event Planning - Organize online happy hours and client events - including shipping materials for the event to our clients (average of 4-6 per week)
  • Salesforce Database Administration Projects (Example: sellers enabling more accounts for marketing newsletters)
  • Manage Culture Committee events for the team each month

Once we are back in the office, these additional duties will be added:

  • Ordering office supplies, groceries, and liaising with external suppliers
  • Ensuring office space and meeting rooms are well maintained
  • Photocopying, scanning, answering phones, and greeting clients
  • Arranging weekly lunches for office
  • Keeping track of swiping cards and alarm fobs (with IT)
  • Ordering food and drinks for weekly catch ups and internal events
  • Finding venues and organizing company events (ad hoc)

The Person:

  • Office Management experience
  • Proactive all-rounder, who can effectively manage multiple aspects of the demanding role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multi task and deal with an ever changing and demanding work load
  • Confident to liaise with sellers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish, build, and maintain good working relationships
  • Flexible approach to cover other tasks
  • Experience with dealing with personal and confidential data relating to employees
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
