Teads is seeking a Sales Director, Enterprise Solutions based in Mumbai, to join our growing TAM & Performance team. This individual will be responsible for leading all TAM & Performance, commercial & product strategy across the India Region.

What You Will Do

  • Be the commercial lead and growth for both TAM and performance across all key partners (agencies & advertisers). 
  • Become a specialist - support teams internally on all things performance and develop a deep product understanding of all self serve products on TAM. Working across creative, publishing, Ops and Sales. Act as a ‘Teads consultant’, advising on strategy, best practices and activation. 
  • Become proficient in the Teads product suite (including performance). Become well-versed in all things Teads and collaborate effectively with all departments to improve the performance business & drive growth across clients.
  • Communicate the value of TAM & Performance by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
  • Work cross functionally with Teads account management and sales team post sale to guide successful customer platform on-boarding and platform growth
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers at current and prospective clients
  • Work with clients to aggregate platform needs and product feedback
  • Oversee & manage pipeline with Sales & VP Business Development; working closely to ensure goals are hit.
  • Work closely with the sales & strategic accounts team on opportunities within our existing client base, whilst also identifying new opportunities to go after
  • Drive new initiatives across the India market; new product releases & training etc.
  • Share field intelligence and previous experience to internal teams to improve and grow the TAM & Performance offerings
  • Pitch the Teads TAM & Performance Offering externally as well as run internal training for teams to ensure all are up to date with the correct information
  • Work with VP Business Development to develop and implement new strategies (commercial and product focused) to drive growth across the India markets
  • Lead projects internally (designed to improve the TAM & Performance product & enhance our offering both internally and externally).
  • Whilst this is initially an autonomous role, you will have the support of the local strategic account and agency sales team

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • Extensive experience selling advertising software where the sales cycle can be long and complex with many stakeholders to influence
  • Strong programmatic experience
  • Extensive experience working with customers on software onboarding
  • History of longstanding, consultative client relationships
  • Strong background working with Agency Holding Companies, Brands, and Independent agencies
  • Collaborate well across multiple teams
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability
  • Self-starter & quick learner
  • Able to travel
