Teads is looking for a Sales Director in Shanghai, China to promote the sale of Teads Ad Manager within brands and agencies.

What You Will Do

  • Manage, a large client and agency portfolio
  • Attend weekly meetings/presentations with agencies to discuss client schedules
  • Advise clients and create brand loyalty
  • Negotiate Sales contracts
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the business
  • Achieve sales targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 6 years sales experience or extensive experience in online advertising
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • A fantastic track record of prospecting and delivering success of winning large accounts
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Experience in programmatic
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical platform sales - experience in SAAS platforms ideal
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams
  • Ability to learn quickly and a self-starter.
