Teads is looking for a Sales Training Specialist to join our Learning team. This person will be the main point of contact for our global sales enablement initiatives. This will include deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. 

This newly created role will be instrumental in ensuring a successful and consistent journey for our sellers and key players in the success of our business. Reporting to our Head of Learning and Development, you will be evaluating our existing solutions, identifying enablement initiatives, prioritising training solutions to maximise adoption and sales growth. 

Location can either be in London or New York.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with sales, product and marketing teams to ensure collaboration and alignment 
  • Build and deploy best-in-class sales enablement programs to address gaps focusing on high-impact initiatives 
  • Develop processes, training and tools to keep the sales team up to date with the latest product 
  • Run the necessary reports to review usage, impact & ROI of sales enablement content
  • Create and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, case studies battle cards, and LMS courses
  • Identify opportunities for automation and integration of sales enablement content between Salesforce, our internal LMS, Seismic 
  • Development and ownership of best-in-class sales enablement platform training and adoption for all new hires 
  • Align with key stakeholders across multiple teams to establish the most effective ways to distribute and promote collateral internally 
  • Ensure content is up to date and apply the content governance and curation policies to keep content up to date and visible for sellers
  • Identify opportunities for content improvement

  • Working knowledge of Seismic, Salesforce and Learning Management Systems

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field 
  • Experience in the digital marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement fields; experience as a lead in  training or learning & development preferred 
  • Excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced media environment
