Our BI Team
The mission of the BI Team is to empower everyone at Teads to take data-driven decisions. To do this, the team provides self-service tools and products, such as BigQuery based Data Warehouse and a BI platform based on Looker. The team is also orchestrating a federated community of practice for Business Intelligence, to propagate the knowledge around data and infuse a data-driven culture in the entire company.

Working on a very high traffic environment with low latency and high availability constraints

Rich tech stack and system architecture to optimize for performance, scalability, resiliency and cost efficiency

Fast changing environment where we continuously collaborate with Product teams and constantly adapt our Cloud infrastructure for new features and Products

Management of large dataset with milliseconds order of magnitude access time to compute in near real time complex auction resolution algorithm
- Build efficient and easy to use web products used by thousands of users working for the world's most premium publishers, advertisers and agencies
What will you do?
The mission of the BI team is to provide standard data and tooling for Business Intelligence at Teads. As a technical leader within this team, you will:
- Define and evangelize vision and best practices for data and BI (development, modelization, visualization)
- Provide data in a simple and efficient format to all teams at Teads
- Contribute to the animation of the BI community of practice
- Ensure global performance of our Data Warehouse (BigQuery)
- Administrate and secure our Business Intelligence platform (including Looker)
- Ensure data is easy to discover and understand
- Ensure data quality
What will you bring to the team?
- Experience in a data intensive field such as business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team, explain your decision and share your knowledge
- Strong problem solving skills
- Programming abilities, with a particular attention to quality: testing, maintainability, simplicity, performance, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
Bonus points:
- Experience with databases or data warehouses, such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
- Experience with a BI or data visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Periscope, Sisense, MicroStrategy, etc.
- Experience with ETL tools, such as Airflow, Luigi, Jenkins, Prefect, Argo, dbt, etc.
- Proficient in French
