We are looking for User Acquisition Senior Specialist who are enthusiastic to play a key role in helping Trendyol provide the best shopping experience to millions of customers! You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and an agile environment!

Growth Team is working for the long term and sustainable growth of Trendyol by reaching millions of people everyday through all possible channels and tactics. The team analyzes data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Trendyol. Growth team aims to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration and other related departments
  • 4 - 6 year of experience in digital marketing 
  • A genuine interest in digital disciplines (i.e. Search, Display, Facebook, Affiliate, Programmatic etc.)
  • Eagerness to manage digital projects and digital marketing campaigns (i.e. Launching, managing, and optimizing etc.)
  • Data-driven and result-oriented especially experineced in tools like Google Analytics, Bigquery, Firebase, Adjust, Appannie etc. 
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn
  • Having systematic working principles
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Lead user acquisition of Trendyol, International & Instant Delivery
  • Develop creative ideas with other teams for related channels
  • Following up, analyzing and reporting daily performance and digital projects
  • Proactive data analysis, optimization and reporting for related channels
  • Creating test ideas on related channel
  • Maintaining daily digital marketing operations within related channels
  • Monitoring KPIs for related channels
  • Follow up all emerging digital technologies and channels, trends and best practices
