Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely to the business. The team builds the process and make sure analyses data to make great decisions on the competitive market place. YOUR PROFILE
Bachelors degree in related field,Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development activities,Excellent command of written and spoken English,Able to prepare and give trainings both in Turkish and English languages,Analytic, result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,Strong communication skills,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment,Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own,Good command of MS Office ProgramsYOUR CHALLENGE
