Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely to the business. The team builds the process and make sure analyses data to make great decisions on the competitive market place. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in related field,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development activities,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Able to prepare and give trainings both in Turkish and English languages,
  • Analytic, result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment,
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own,
  • Good command of MS Office Programs
  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Defines and manages the learning and development strategies that puts forward a competitive edge, improving the corporate & Individual performance
  • Produces learning solutions according to the defined quality standards        
  • Develops Productive External Partnerships
  • Listen, decode, evaluate and define training needs for each functions
  • Designs training content - detailed learning objectives and storyboard - as well as evaluation approach
  • Develops Leadership development programs
  • Develops Coaching and mentorship programs
  • Develops specialist development programs
  • Develops corporate(generalist)development programs
  • Builds strategic partnerships with universities
  • Establish digital learning platform and content
  • Plans, prepares and schedules internal / external instructors for courses
  • Creates annual training calendar
  • Develops internal trainers program
  • Develops and manages orıentation program
  • Training operations(organisation, invitation, follow up etc)
  • Manages the training budget
  • LMS and reporting
