Marketplace Team is responsible for leading the initiatives to identify the opportunities for expanding selection that our Customers want, help business teams identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering, business administration, economy etc.). Masters degree is a plus,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service sectors e.g. e-commerce, banking and telecom.,
  • Experienced in customer/partner experience, process development, information technology, digital channels and project management,
  • Experienced in developing, implement and following CRM and loyalty program strategies is a bonus
  • Experienced in B2B communications in omni-channel is a plus
  • Experienced in "agile" working environment and project and familiar with project iteration culture
  • Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve seller problems,
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Proactive and results oriented approach,
  • Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability,
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English,
  • Team management and coaching experience,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Determine need analysis and create processes to improve seller engagement
  • Follow e-commerce & marketplace environment best practices, develop projects that will improve seller engagement and follow up the actions to be taken by other teams,
  • Interpret and synthesize seller feedbacks from various sources (surveys, operational data, contact center data, social media, organizations and research)
  • Regular measurement of seller engagement KPI's and making necessary arrangements by detecting improvement areas,
  • Create and update guidelines/procedures for Seller life cycle
  • Define effective channels to manage Trendyol-seller communication
