Finance Team is the control center of the company, but it is our department that is the biggest bridge between the commercial teams and the customer for the financial continuity and efficiency of the company.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering3+ years of experience in Big 4 and 2+ years of relevant experience (budget and forecasting, financial control, financial planning and analysis)Understanding of financial control, business performance management, process optimization and experience of working in more than one of these areas,Good command of English both in speaking and writing,Strong financial modeling, MS Excel skills and ability to build and comprehend complex models required,Ability to think strategically; go beyond the numbers and to think logically about underlying business drivers and issues,High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required,Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, meet strict deadlines and to be able to prioritise to meet those deadlines,Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization,Deep understanding of financial systems and processes,A self-starter, ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly under minimal supervision.YOUR CHALLENGE
Build a deep understanding of the commercial and operational drivers behind the Group’s performance,Provide strategic financial thinking and analysis in support of operational and functional business partners,Lead planning and forecasting activities of the Group (monthly and annual)Drive improvement in financial forecasting accuracy working extensively with operational and functional business partners,Drive improvements to the Group’s financial systems to leverage value creation,Partner with Accounting counterparts to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting,Perform and assist special projects to improve process accuracy and efficiency,Assist in the development, modification, and documentation of accounting procedures,Participate in monthly financial close activities (including adjustments, reviews and analysis)Participate in preparation and analysis of monthly reports (Alibaba reports, management reports, business unit specific KPIs etc.)Assist the independent audit activities.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
