Technology Department is one of the most important teams at Trendyol which is future-oriented, fast-growing and technology enthusiast company. Software Development Team builds scalable, high performing platforms for our customer satisfaction by using up-to-date and efficient technologies. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years experience working with server, storage, network hardware, firmware, operating system softwares.
  • Advanced experience in infrastructure equipment maintenance, diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Advanced knowledge of operating system imaging, centralized software deployment.
  • In-depth understanding of network topology, design and components.
  • Advanced knowledge of physical server, storage and network environments. 


    • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) system administration.
  • Develop and optimize system management with automation.
  • Install, move or decommission hardware in our data centers.
  • Infra.cable desing planning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining hardware as related to record, update, and document tickets in our systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting of hardware related problems
  • Physical access administration for the data center
  • Provide shipping and receiving support
  • Vendor management at the site assistance, case escalations, assistance in troubleshooting
  • Assists in maintaining of data center best practices and procedures for the team
  • Assists in developing detailed plan for hardware installation, moves, or decommissions
  • Actively monitor the infrastructure tier for health and capacity and take corrective actions as needed.
