YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of hands on experience installing, configuring, and administering Call Center infrastructure required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field. Will consider an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Perform debugging, tuning and performance enhancement as well as automation of operational and continuous integration.
  • In-depth understanding of VoIP solutons : SIP Trunk, SBC, Voice GW,PBX, IVR
  • Knowledge on administering Core Network: BGP, L2 P2P VPN, L3 MPLS VPN, IPSec Site to Site VPN and Access Network Redundancy: VRRP, Stacking, LACP/Ether-channel, LAG, MC-LAG
  • Knowledge on Traffic mirroring
  • Knowledge on IP/MPLS servis Configuration VPRN/VPLS
  • Knowledge on cloud deployment is a plus
  • Experience with Linux and Windows management
  • Troubleshooting skills on Call Center Software like Genesys or Verint
  • Production and maintenance of high-quality operational documentation.
  • Providing overnight and off-hours support as part of a support team.
  • Ability to function well in a team working independently and with good communication skills.

  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Day to day duties for proper Voice/Chat maintenance along with proactive measures to maximize the availability and performance
  • ISP vendor management and Design/implement IP/MPLS network to support voice, data with IP Telephony and Products.
  • Ensure that our agents working in 3 different Outsource companies can work without interruption.
  • Provide a single point of contact related to Call Center operations and triage incoming requests.
  • Actively monitor the environment for health and capacity and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Configuration control and release management for Call Center applications.
  • Perform continuous health check on all Call Center infrastructure
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the physical infrastructure and networks in the data center
  • Available in rotation on-call for critical event handling.
