YOUR PROFILE
Bachelors or Master’s DegreeAt least 3 years recruitment experience, preferably at consulting firm or retailingTake ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attentionDemonstrated creative excellence in research and prospectingExperience with online sourcing techniquesHaving good planning, prioritizing and organizing skillsHaving strong communication skills and being a good team playerHave a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptableStrong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR teamFlexibility to travel frequentlyYOUR CHALLENGE
Responsible from end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environmentWork very closely with hiring managers in Trendyol Express to understand the needs and the requirements of the jobSource and recruit candidates using a variety of sources, such as job postings and different related platforms. while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the jobResponsible from pre-screening and screening activities and assess interview performanceFollow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case study, reference checks etc.Update all the recruitment process on the applicant tracking systemWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
