Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely to the business. YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree
  • At least 3 years recruitment experience, preferably at consulting firm or retailing
  • Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention
  • Demonstrated creative excellence in research and prospecting
  • Experience with online sourcing techniques
  • Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
  • Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team
  • Flexibility to travel frequently

    • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Responsible from end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Work very closely with hiring managers in Trendyol Express to understand the needs and the requirements of the job
  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources, such as job postings and different related platforms. while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job
  • Responsible from pre-screening and screening activities and assess interview performance
  • Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case study, reference checks etc.
  • Update all the recruitment process on the applicant tracking system
