Category Team is one of the team at Trendyol which is future-oriented, fast-growing and technology enthusiast company. Category Team plan and coordinate the category sales strategy of the responsible category and ensure profitable growth and long-term development.

Operations Team is the center of operations at Trendyol! Team manage end-to-end operation activities and develop processes on the competitive marketplace. These are five main discipline within Operations Team : Warehouse Management, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Warehouse Projects & Optimization.

Growth Team is working for the long term and sustainable growth of Trendyol by reaching millions of people everyday through all possible channels and tactics. The team analyzes data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Trendyol. Marketing team aims to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content. (Data Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM)

Finance Team is the control center of the company, but it is our department that is the biggest bridge between the commercial teams and the customer for the financial continuity and efficiency of the company.

Customer & Seller Experience Team is Trendyol's face! Customer & Seller Experience team is the single point of contact with our customers, provide creative solutions through all contact channels, enabling each customer to be satisfied. This department, which dominates the operation process of the whole company, is contributing to Trendyol becoming a popular brand with great responsibility!

Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely to the business. The team builds the process and make sure analyses data to make great decisions on the competitive market place.

Trendyol Go Team is excited to build on-demand delivery function from ground up as part of our journey towards becoming the one stop solution for our users. We aim to swiftly deliver everyday needs while adhering to our commitment towards operational excellence.

CEO Office Team is the heart of the business at Trendyol which means that the decision-making process begins with master communication and analytical thinking. The team drives high-level strategic decision making across the entire business, leads key performance metrics, and adds operational rigor across the company.

Dolap leader of growing second-hand ecommerce market in Turkey, was established in 2016 by three partners. Dolap, which joined Trendyol in 2018, is the market leader for the last 3 years! It continues its activities with 32 million products in 420 different categories and for 8.8 million users.

Trendyol Express is a new generation, customer-oriented delivery platform. We take advantage of the latest technology with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Having passion for e-commerce business
  • Senior student or master degree student
  • Advanced knowledge level of Excel and GDrive
  • Available to work between September 2020 - June 2021 and 3 days in a week
  • Strong communications skills and good team player
