Twilio is experiencing significant growth and is investing deeply in Early in Career (EIC) Talent to help fuel the future of communications. In order to deliver against this continued growth and to keep up with Twilio's expanding scale and scope, we are seeking an EIC Talent Partner to help build, refine and scale our EIC programs and processes.  This EIC Talent Partner will help extend our College and University engagement, refine our throughput modeling, enable influential client partnership by building and leveraging data and reporting, and contribute broadly to the EIC team's major programs such as our Intern program and On-boarding programs.

Who?

Twilio is looking for an Early in Career Talent Partner who lives The Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of building programs to effectively engage, source, and recruit high quality, diverse EIC talent.  They also have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Early in Career talent recruitment or programs
  • Experience owning end-to-end university/college engagements and pipelines to deliver high quality student candidates; through in-person and virtual engagements, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn or Jumpstart. 
  • Proven ability in managing stakeholders and building partnerships with leaders and colleagues across business and engineering functions.
  • Experience building and delivering operational excellence into complex organizations.
  • Experience directing, leading and program managing EIC onboarding programs in the New Grad and intern program space or related experience.

  • WRITE IT DOWN: Utilize extreme attention to detail to document a variety of processes at a global level so our teams have a clear understanding of accountability.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Tier 4 base salary range: $112,000-$137,280

Rest of Colorado:

Tier 5 base salary range: $87,360 - $120,120

Non Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
