Twilio is looking for a Manager, Sales Operations to join our Sales Operations team.  This is a great role for an experienced operations professional looking to further develop their career in a fast paced, high growth company. You are right for this role if you excel at juggling multiple priorities, attentive to details, have strong communication and problem solving skills, and enjoy cross-functional collaboration. You are a results-oriented individual who is motivated to tackle complex problems, has a "can do" attitude, and is comfortable asking questions. You are proficient working in Excel, have people management experience, and have strong analytical skills. 

Who?

Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of leading order management activities. They also have:

  • 5+ years in Order Management, Sales Operations, Billing or similar role
  • 1-2 years of team management experience
  • Superior attention to detail, strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Relationship building skills, able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Capable of developing operational programs, policies and streamlining processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • Functions effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fast growing Software company 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Google docs
  • Experience with Apttus CPQ 
  • Experience supporting Sales organizations around the Globe
