Who?
Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and is passionate about customer-focused product iteration, software design, developer tools, and using creative MVPs to guide innovation.
- A proven track record of creating programs, products, or customer experiences from scratch
- You’ve built and led multiple cross-team initiatives to success
- You’ve owned and delivered on a revenue target, using levers like UI, packaging, or pricing strategy
- You leverage data to prioritize and shape your roadmap and inspire others
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to foster alignment and urgency.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to distill key takeaways quickly.
- You are a fluent technical translator. You present technical complexity in approachable terms for your audience.
- Experience using various tools such as JIRA, Trello, or other sprint management tools
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- MBA degree is a plus

- DRAW THE OWL: Invent from concept to design self-serve trial packages that empower new users while delivering new revenue streams
- BE BOLD: Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to execute a seamless customer experience across multiple product lines
- WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES: Be fastidious with assumptions, validating with customer feedback.
- RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Strategically balance investments vs return, leveraging MVPs to ensure we’re efficiently moving towards goals
- WRITE IT DOWN: Plan and execute sprints, maintain a roadmap, and communicate your strategy across the company
