Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a thoughtful, creative solution partner who can lead the Global Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations Team at Twilio. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the team and provide consultative support through the development and management of recruiting processes that address strategic needs for the organization. You will be directly responsible to lead and set strategic direction on all elements of recruitment operations and have the influence to refine and simplify all TA processes for Global Talent Acquisition.

Who?

Twilio is looking for a Strategic Recruiting Operations leader with experience leading a recruiting operations role in a global, complex organization and also has:

  • Project management skills and disciplines
  • In-depth understanding of the recruitment process, recruiting technology
  • Led Recruiting programs, at varying stages of completion, and bring to completion
  • Relationship management/partnership skills with focus on HR leaders, line executives, and affiliated functions
  • Experience with recruiting lifecycle from planning to engagement to selection to onboarding
  • Experience implementing recruiting programs on a global scale

  • WRITE IT DOWN: Simplify, refine, and document best practices across our entire suite of technology to promote a world class talent acquisition experience
  • DRAW THE OWL: Implement TA programs and operations to grow both locally and globally. Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Leaders, HR Partners and global recruiting teams to develop creative strategies and provide exceptional customer service with a primary focus on operational excellence and cost-effective recruitment solutions. 
  • BE AN OWNER: Enable Best Practice solutions to enhance user experience. Vendor management responsibilities across all of our technology platforms. Advocate and champion partnerships across TA through communication, collaboration, and influence. 
  • EMPOWER OTHERS: Influence the use of our data across our entire recruitment tools portfolio. Review and provide solutions across our enterprise process and tools to achieve efficiency across Global Talent. 
  • BE BOLD: Develop creative recruiting processes and techniques, determine their effectiveness in supplementing global recruiting efforts, and track their success

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: $177,024 - $243,408

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: $165,960 - $228,195

Non Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
