Twilio is searching for an SEO Manager to join the Twilio Web team. You’re joining an interdisciplinary team of product, design, and engineering that come to work every day to build a high-caliber digital experience for our users. 

This is an excellent opportunity to dramatically improve Twilio’s top of funnel. 

Who?

Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and is passionate about search engines, web analytics, and leading technical and content initiatives. 

  • Excellent communication skills. Able to distill key takeaways quickly.
  • You are a fluent technical translator. You present technical complexity in approachable terms for your audience. 
  • A proven track record of creating programs and working cross functionally to lead SEO initiatives to success
  • The ability to structure programs and quantify impact is a must
  • You leverage data to prioritize and shape your roadmap
  • Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Experience using various tools such as JIRA or other sprint management tools
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience

What?

As the SEO Manager, your objective is to expand our organic search traffic to our websites through a variety of content and technical initiatives.

  • BE AN OWNER: In this role you define and report on top of funnel traffic, analyze and quantify the value of SEO programs, and work across our product and content teams to build and execute against a SEO roadmap. 
  • DRAW THE OWL: This role will span a wide range of responsibilities, analysis to insight to execution, socialization, and reporting of all things traffic and organic search. 
  • BE BOLD: You’ll support a variety of strategic initiatives spanning international expansion, technical performance improvements, information architecture changes, content overhauls, page speed performance, etc.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary: $48/hour - $66/hour

Rest of Colorado:

Salary: $42/hour - $57.75/hour
