Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Staff, Technical Program Manager (L4) to be a key leader in support of various projects within the Technical Security teams.  You will manage various programs related to Product Security, Pentests, Vulnerabilities Management, Multi-Account, QBRs and reporting on business metrics. You will meet with internal customers/stakeholders/vendors, and build a plan for the team to execute and be accountable and improve efficiencies throughout Twilio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Security, this position is critical in supporting Twilio’s security growth efforts throughout the entire company. 

Who?

Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has proven success partnering cross-functionally inside and outside a technical organization to align resources to accomplish project deliverables. They also have:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably at a leading technology company.
  • Exceptional program management skills, the ability to track, identify risks to mitigate, manage complex processes, and a desire to collaborate with multiple teams and multiple projects.
  • Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional security, and engineering teams; collaboration and relationship-building is key. 
  • Expert knowledge of standard processes of program management, ability to drive standardization and process efficiencies.
  • Ability to influence without authority (both horizontally and vertically), analytical and leadership capabilities along with the capacity to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. 

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.

Salary:

Denver / Boulder Metro:

$ 109,824 - $151,008

Rest of Colorado:

$96,096 - $132,132

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
