What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
Within 30 days you will:
Go through the company’s on boarding process which includes orientation program
Understand culture at Jazz Business Services Division segment; meet team members
Understanding of how you fit in the Business 2 Government Model
Understanding of market dynamics and familiarize yourself with accounts in the government sector
Liaison with Point of Contacts in Government sector and understand Compliance policies.
Understanding of daily, weekly, monthly plan reports over view and submission process.
Prepare Sales Pipeline, Sales prospect segment wise list & submit monthly progress.
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Move within tagged companies for revenue growth, complaint handling (after sales), retention & hunting of new accounts for revenue generation purpose on daily basis
Seek out new growth opportunities within existing accounts, Portfolio Management.
Develop relations in tagged portfolio for revenue growth and selling new products.
Perform physical visits in tagged portfolio & resolve their issues, manage their churn and recover the bad debts
Deliver innovative solutions and ensure a superior customer experience for government accounts
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
 
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Participation in the tenders of B2G.
Present proactive and creative ideas for new flagship in B2B business
Achieving overall revenue target, all revenue streams including GSM, Fixed, M2M, MFS/IOT.
Liason with Marketing, Analytical and Pre-sales teams for tailored plans specific to the customer’s requirement and further maturing the lead with contract finalization
Work closely with Product development team to provide customized Solutions to various clients according to their business requirement.

We are looking for specific candidate who is dynamic, motivated and specifically speed up data business, devices, candidate must have selling, negotiation, presentation skills to deliver his point of view to management & customers. Truly competent who have clear understanding related to business requirement for his further growth. Must have excellent market orientation and strong rapport in the Government Sector at local level for which this position is being announced.  
 
A bit about us:
At Business to Government ,we sell various GSM, Fixed , M2M/IOT and DFS Solutions within and outside our assigned portfolio in Government Institutes , nurture them, grow them and retain them.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be the part of Business to Government (B2G) that is sub part of Jazz Business Department.
This position reports to the Regional Manager B2G- South who leads a team of talented Sales force.
You will be based in Karachi. Your region is headed by Regional Manager South, who is based in Karachi
You will be assigned with 1 or 2 JBC’s of the region
 
The two (05) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Meeting monthly sales targets in terms of revenue addition of an X amount through different products in GSM, fixed data and MFS (Mobile Financial Services)
Meeting Retention & Recovery targets for your and team assigned portfolio.
Business development in various segments.
Negotiating with the clients on commercial aspects of the proposals while keeping organizational revenue and profitability targets in perspective.
Be responsible for notifying sales/segments team for relevant RFPs/EOIs related to corporate solution offerings and facilitating in furnishing them.
Evaluates team’s performance and allocates targets to each team member as per their relative skill sets for major proportion and remaining to new areas of products and services
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work in continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders like B2B Executives, Pre Sales Team, Customer Engagement Team, B2G Planning Team, Credit & Control department, Channel planning team, Finance team, Regional Manager South B2G and Head of B2G
 
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Complete cooperative efforts of these teams will result in smooth processes and problem solving which would immensely help in achieve the KPIs set by the company.
 
The two (05) specific tasks that team were working on in the last 6 months with results:
Meeting Assigned Targets and of your team members
Strengthening existing tagged portfolio of the team member assigned to you and the region, focusing on its retention & revenue growth while building adjacencies
Identifies tenders floated by government departments in the region and notifies supervisor for further evaluation
Attends pre-bid meetings to understand project requirements, clarify queries and seeks further necessary information for proposal development accordingly
Updates to RM South  B2G on projects’ progress and acquires support for resolution of escalated issues; Ensures compliance with defined quality standards
Manages M2M and IoT technologies new learning and runs the train the trainer program for the team
 
 
The three (04) must have past experiences the best candidate should have:
Telecom industry SELLING experience in Government sector especially internet / data related products & GSM based solution
Direct Sales experience preferably in Internet / Data related services & GSM based solution
Candidate must be specialized in Portfolio Management & Collection.
Managing Team
 
Must have technology the candidate should have:
Microsoft Office specially Excel and PPT
