Voodoo has been the leader of the Hyper casual market since the rise of this game genre in 2017 and competitors keep on using our recipes to bring performance to their games. We need to develop a unique approach to our creative production to stay ahead of the competition.

We are creating an Innovation Lab, focussing 100% on out-of-the-box ideas. As the Innovation Lead, you will build, structure, and drive this team to be a trendsetter in the gaming industry. Your role will be to bring a hackathon spirit, organize in sprints to create the best innovative ads possible, but also anticipate any creative blockers to produce many ideas and coordinate with other creative managers to share knowledge.

The main goal is to ensure that the innovation lab brings Voodoo creatives to the next level!

What are your main challenges?

  • Deep market analysis to find or create the right tools & insights
  • Perfect understanding of our games and their audiences
  • Find “game-changer” concepts for the Hypercasual market that drive CPI drops and high volume of installs for our portfolio
  • Create an outsourced strategy with freelancers and agencies to support the production of your own ads concepts
  • Track performance and share knowledge with the core production team and other BUs
  • Support core production team to crack some sensitive games and be a source of inspiration
  • Define ideation process, challenge, and create new guidelines/frameworks of production
  • Bring amazing tools into life to gain time & performance at scale
  • What do we expect?

  • You are inspiring and have a hacker mindset
  • You have great marketing & benchmarking skills 
  • 3-6 years of industry experience in Creative Direction or Management Consulting company
  • You have a big curiosity about the Gaming industry
  • Data-driven & performance-oriented DNA
  • Good knowledge of other verticals: casual gaming, non-gaming, console etc.
  • Nice to have: You have excellent knowledge of motion design and video editing
