Wayfair’s Product Catalog is the central connection between suppliers and customers. It defines which products customers can browse and see, across all market segments of Wayfair’s global business. Our Findability systems keep this information up-to-date, serving an enterprise-level interface accessed billions of times daily. They validate that any product is optimally prepared before becoming findable, helping suppliers and internal users to improve presentation and maximize revenue. We are looking for an experienced leader to drive product innovation in this space.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll lead the product management function for our Findability team
  • You’ll collaborate with senior engineering and business partners to set the strategy for our Findability systems towards long-term goals
  • You’ll drive strategy implementation by guiding discovery with your team, thereby supporting and developing senior direct reports to excellence
  • You’ll represent Findability globally throughout all of Technology
  • You’ll advocate best product management practices beyond Findability into our global product management community

What You’ll Need

  • You have managed software products and their development in an agile setup for 8+ years. In particular, you have experience with complex technology products which are used by other technology teams
  • You have set and implemented the multi-year strategy of a product line, with a track record of measurable results
  • You have managed alignment of senior stakeholders, and created excitement around shared goals
  • You have a wide range of product management tools at your disposal, and know when to use them. In particular, you have substantial product discovery experience
  • You have managed senior people for 3+ years, empowered them to be successful against challenging ambitions, and furthered their growth
