The Integrated Marketing team is looking for an associate to support our media partnerships and affiliate marketing strategies, managing the execution and performance of these fast growing programs for Wayfair’s Specialty Retail and Perigold brands. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will influence earned and paid media strategy, own content generation, execute on campaign plans, and analyze results to help the Integrated Marketing team grow the channel.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day to day execution of all earned and paid media campaign efforts and play a key role in paid partnership planning
  • Work with external media partners to provide recommendations and guidance on product/category trends to inform content creation, pivoting based on learnings
  • Act as supporting project manager for sponsored media partnerships during key brand moments, serving as go-between for internal stakeholders and external partner teams to bring campaigns from kick off through content generation and launch
  • Manage affiliate and earned media content calendar, working with internal stakeholders to develop relevant seasonal stories by brand
  • Develop and manage relationships with external affiliate and media partners to convert external content placements
  • Derive insights from channel and campaign performance, communicating key performance metrics to stakeholders and using learnings to shape future campaign planning decisions
  • Keep abreast of emerging news, trends, and technologies across the industries

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in media relations (earned/paid) and/or affiliate marketing
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally to move complex projects forward
  • Comfort with data and experience translating performance trends into business strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with ability to work effectively with cross-functional and senior level stakeholders
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action
  • Ability to identify value and prioritize work while collaborating with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel
